Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and HCS777 (hereinafter "HCS777", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the HCS777 online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at https://hcs777.click and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services offered by HCS777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and the Services. HCS777 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. HCS777 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC verification process.
2. You must be a natural person (individual human being) acting in your own personal capacity. Registrations made on behalf of corporations, partnerships, associations, or other legal entities are strictly prohibited.
3. You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

5. You must not already hold an existing Account with HCS777. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from using the Platform by HCS777 for any reason.

Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any details change. HCS777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

The following obligations apply to all registered Account holders:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify HCS777's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.
• HCS777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent registration, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

HCS777 employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Account holders and is strongly recommended to enhance Account security.

Terms of Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Platform and the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud HCS777 or other users, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment instruments, identity fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or chip-dumping in poker.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to registering multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from HCS777.
• Harmful Technical Actions: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform's systems, or to introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. HCS777 will co-operate fully with relevant authorities in any such investigations.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information in connection with your Account, identity, or payment methods.

HCS777 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

HCS777 facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT are also accepted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of approximately RM50.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• HCS777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all methods.
• Standard daily withdrawal limit: RM10,000 for standard accounts. VIP Gold members are subject to enhanced limits as communicated by their account manager.
• All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. HCS777 does not process withdrawals to third-party beneficiaries.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This is a non-negotiable requirement applicable to all Account holders.
• HCS777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

HCS777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback arrangements, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Account holders. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Each promotional offer is available to each eligible Account holder once only, unless expressly stated otherwise. HCS777 defines "once only" as once per household, IP address, device, payment method, and identity.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet stakes while playing with active Bonus Funds are typically capped at RM250–RM500 per spin or hand, as specified in the individual offer terms. Placing bets exceeding this cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of bet value; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live sports betting typically contributes at 100% for bets with odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Bonus expiry periods are specified per offer. Standard expiry windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• HCS777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that reasonable endeavours are made to inform affected players of material changes.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of offer loopholes — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the HCS777 sports betting platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed on the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirmation.
• HCS777 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or market manipulation. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be refunded to the Account.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are published within the respective betting markets. HCS777 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any Account at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. HCS777 cannot guarantee that any specific odds will remain available for any period of time after they are displayed.
• All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games, use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Outcomes are not influenced by prior results, Account history, or bet size.
• Results determined by the Platform's systems are final. HCS777 does not accept claims based on alleged display errors, lag, or any technical issues on the player's device or network connection.

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property published on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, images, audio-visual materials, text, and the overall look-and-feel of the Platform — are owned by or licensed to HCS777 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from HCS777;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any HCS777 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of HCS777's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HCS777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Business interruption or loss of opportunity;
• Technical failures, network outages, or service interruptions outside HCS777's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.

HCS777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits HCS777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Termination & Suspension

HCS777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any other applicable rules or policies;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Failure to complete or maintain KYC verification to HCS777's satisfaction;
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Abuse of promotional offers or exploitation of software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors;
• Conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disrespectful toward HCS777 staff or other players;
• At HCS777's sole discretion, where continued operation of an Account poses a commercial, legal, or reputational risk.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting HCS777's support team. Upon Account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all pending KYC and compliance checks.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HCS777 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of written notice, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents HCS777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate action is required to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

HCS777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, HCS777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to affected Account holders via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
